Chip Description
The EG1164 is a high-voltage, high-current boost synchronous rectifier DC-DC power management chip. It integrates a reference power supply, oscillator, error amplifier, cycle-by-cycle current limiting control, and half-bridge drive. It is ideal for high-voltage, high-current applications and, when used with an external high-voltage MOSFET, can support a maximum output voltage of 600V.
