Chip Description
The EG1163 is a high-voltage, high-current step-down DC-DC power management chip. It integrates a reference voltage source, oscillator, error amplifier, current limiting protection, short-circuit protection, and half-bridge driver. It is ideal for high-voltage, high-current applications and, when used with an external high-voltage MOSFET, can support input voltages up to 600V.
