Chip Description
EG8011 is an enhanced pure sine wave inverter control chip. It is applied to DC-DC-AC two-stage power conversion architecture or DC-AC single-stage power frequency transformer boost conversion architecture, with an external 20MHz crystal oscillator, capable of achieving a high-precision, low-distortion, and low-harmonic pure sine wave 50Hz or 60Hz inverter special chip. The chip adopts CMOS technology and integrates functions such as SPWM sine generator, dead-time control circuit, amplitude factor multiplier, soft-start circuit, protection circuit, and serial LCD driver module.
Building upon EG8010, bipolar modulation has been removed, and a more advanced unipolar double-sided modulation method has been added, which perfectly compatible with unipolar modulation inverter circuits. Configuration pins for modulation frequencies of 10KHz and 20KHz have been added, broadening its application scope. The SPWM modulation algorithm has been improved, demonstrating excellent performance even when outputting a sine wave frequency of 400Hz.
