Chip Description
The EG8010 is a digital, full-featured pure sine wave inverter generator chip with built-in dead-time control. It is used in two-stage DC-DC-AC power conversion architectures or single-stage DC-AC power frequency transformer boost conversion architectures. With an external 12MHz crystal oscillator, it can achieve a high-precision, low-distortion, and low-harmonic pure sine wave 50Hz or 60Hz inverter. The chip uses CMOS technology and integrates functions such as an SPWM sine wave generator, dead-time control circuit, amplitude factor multiplier, soft-start circuit, protection circuit, RS232 serial communication interface, and a 12832 serial LCD driver module.
