The LPSR100 is a high-performance 100V synchronous rectifier switching power supply series, compatible with various switching power supply control systems. The LPSR100 supports multiple operating modes, including DCM and CCM. It uses patented rectifier tube turn-on determination technology to effectively prevent driver chip mis-turn-on caused by magnetic oscillation. The LPSR100 features an extremely fast turn-off speed, significantly reducing efficiency losses caused by turn-off delay under CCM operating conditions. The LPSR100 integrates VCC power supply technology, ensuring that the chip VCC will not be undervolted without the need for auxiliary winding power supply. The LPSR100 is available in TO252-2L/SOP8L/PDFN5*6 packages.
