LP15R060SD is a high-performance 60V synchronous rectification product for switching power supplies, compatible with various switching power supply control systems. LP15R060SD supports multiple operating modes including DCM and CCM. LP15R060SD adopts patented rectifier tube turn-on determination technology, which can effectively avoid false turn-on of the driver chip caused by excitation oscillation. LP15R060SD has extremely fast shutdown speed, which can greatly reduce efficiency loss caused by turn-off delay under CCM operating conditions. LP15R060SD uses a unique VCC power supply technology, which ensures the chip will not operate underpowered. Additionally, LP15R060SD also integrates VCC undervoltage protection, overvoltage clamping, and drive pin anti-interference technologies. LP15R060SD uses SOP7L package.
