Product Model: LP2177B
LP2177B is a high-efficiency, high-precision non-isolated buck switching power supply constant voltage control driver chip. It is suitable for non-isolated Buck and Buckboost topologies with a full input voltage range of 85VAC~265VAC, especially for driving power supplies in small home appliances, white goods, and similar applications. LP2177B integrates a high-voltage power MOSFET internally, adopts a constant voltage control mode, and the system can operate in CCM and DCM modes. It uses a unique PFM control method to improve audio characteristics. It features unique built-in peak current control, eliminating the need for a CS resistor; a built-in startup circuit eliminates the need for a startup resistor. Peripheral application is simple, and reliability is strong. LP2177B has multiple protection functions, including VCC clamp/undervoltage protection, output short-circuit protection, inductor overcurrent protection, and overtemperature protection. LP2177B uses SOP8L.
