MD5035
The MD5035 is an ultra-low power, low-dropout regulator (LDO) manufactured using CMOS technology. It can provide up to 200mA of current while consuming only 50nA of quiescent current. It is designed for applications where extremely low quiescent current is a key parameter. Even in dropout mode, it maintains low IQ power consumption, further extending battery life. When in shutdown or disable mode, the device's ultra-low 5nA IQ helps extend battery shelf life. The MD5035 features an intelligent enable circuit with an internal control pull-down resistor that keeps the LDO disabled even when the EN pin is floating, helping to minimize external components for pulling down the EN pin. This circuit also helps minimize current consumption through external pull-down circuitry when the device is enabled.
