CN951
Overview The CN951 includes an operational amplifier, a voltage comparator, and a reference voltage source. Inside the chip, the inverting input of the voltage comparator is connected to the reference voltage source. The CN951 is suitable for single-supply operation from 2.5V to 5.5V. The operational amplifier inside the CN951 has a frequency compensation circuit and remains stable even in unity-gain applications. Its output stage is specially designed to consume very little current even under load. Both the input and output of the operational amplifier are rail-to-rail. The voltage comparator has a fixed ±7mV (14mV) hysteresis, ensuring stable output during state transitions. Both the input and output of the voltage comparator are rail-to-rail. The reference voltage source has a typical value of 1.211V, with an accuracy of ±2%, and can source or sink 20 microamps of current. The CN951 is available in an 8-pin small outline package (SOP8).
