CN803/809/810 series
Overview The CN803/809/810 series circuits are microprocessor reset circuits used to monitor power supply voltage or battery voltage. This series of circuits does not require external components, thereby improving system reliability and reducing system cost. This series of circuits outputs a valid reset signal when the monitored power supply voltage is below the preset reset threshold; when the power supply voltage rises above the reset threshold, the reset signal will remain valid for at least 140 milliseconds. CN809/810 provides CMOS reset output, and CN803 provides open-drain output. The reset output of CN803 and CN809 is low-active, and the reset output of CN810 is high-active. The design ensures that short-term power dips will not affect the reset output. Reliable output is guaranteed even when the power supply voltage is as low as 1.15V across the entire temperature range. This series of devices uses a 3-pin SOT23 package.
