IP5413T
The IP5413T is a multi-functional power management SOC that integrates a 5V boost converter, lithium battery charging management, and battery power indication. It provides a complete power solution for TWS Bluetooth earphone charging cases. The IP5413T achieves boost functionality through a single inductor. Its high integration and rich features require only a minimal number of external components during application, effectively reducing the overall solution size and BOM cost. The IP5413T incorporates a 5V output, synchronous rectification boost DC-DC converter with integrated power transistors, providing a maximum output current of 200mA and a boost efficiency as high as 95%. It supports low-cost BOM solutions. The IP5413T's linear charging provides a maximum charging current of 500mA, with built-in IC temperature and input voltage intelligent charging current adjustment functions. The IP5413T can detect TWS earphone insertion. Upon detecting earphone insertion, it automatically enters the earphone charging mode, and automatically enters sleep mode after the earphones are fully charged, with a minimum quiescent current as low as 10uA. The IP5413T supports 4/2/1 LED battery level indication. The IP5413T uses an SOP8 package.
