IP5416
The IP5416 is a multi-functional power management SOC that integrates a 5V boost converter, lithium battery charging management, and battery power indication. It provides a complete power solution for TWS Bluetooth earphone charging cases. The IP5416 achieves boost functionality through a single inductor. Its high integration and rich features allow for minimal external components during application, effectively reducing the overall solution size and BOM cost. The IP5416 incorporates a 5V output, synchronous rectification boost DC-DC converter with an integrated power transistor, providing a maximum output current of 200mA and a boost efficiency as high as 95%. It supports low-cost BOM solutions. The IP5416's linear charging provides a maximum charging current of 500mA, with flexible configuration of the maximum charging current. It features intelligent charging current adjustment based on IC temperature and input voltage. The IP5416 enables TWS earphone in-case detection. Upon detecting earphones in the case, it automatically enters the earphone charging mode, and automatically enters sleep mode after the earphones are fully charged, with a minimum quiescent current as low as 10uA. The IP5416 supports 2/1 LED power indication. The IP5416 uses an SOP8 package.
