IP5333
IP5333 is a multi-functional power management SOC that integrates a boost converter, lithium battery charge management, battery power indication, and TYPE-C protocol, providing a complete solution for TWS charging cases. The high integration and rich functions of IP5333 allow it to require only a minimal number of external components during application, effectively reducing the overall size of the solution and lowering the BOM cost. IP5333 only needs one inductor to achieve charging and boost functions. It can support low-cost inductors and capacitors. The synchronous boost system of IP5333 provides a rated 1A output current with a conversion efficiency as high as 92%. In light load conditions, it automatically enters sleep mode, and the static current drops to within 20uA. IP5333 uses switch charging technology, providing a rated 1A charging current with a charging efficiency as high as 91%. It has built-in IC temperature protection and intelligent input voltage regulation charging current. IP5333 has a built-in 12bit ADC, which can accurately measure battery voltage and current. It supports 1/2/3/4 LED power displays.
