IP2603
The IP2603 is a highly integrated IC with input undervoltage and overvoltage protection, output overcurrent and short-circuit protection. The IP2603 has an input withstand voltage of up to 32V. When the input voltage is detected to be higher than the OVP protection threshold, the internally integrated power tube can be quickly turned off within 300ns to prevent high input voltage from damaging the equipment on the output; The IP2603 integrates output overcurrent and short-circuit protection functions; when the output current is detected to be greater than the overcurrent protection threshold, or a short circuit exists on the output, the internal power tube will be turned off to protect the system from damage; The IP2603 integrates overtemperature protection. When the internal temperature of the chip is detected to be too high, the power tube output will also be shut off; The IP2603 supports the EN enable function; when the EN pin is low and there is no abnormal state, the power tube from VIN to VOUT is turned on for normal power supply; when the EN pin is high, the internal power tube will be turned off, and the VOUT output will be disconnected; The IP2603 supports FLAG status output function. When the power tube is on, the FLAG output is low; when the power tube is off, the FLAG output is high impedance;
