IP2325
The IP2325 is a boost charging management IC that supports dual-series lithium batteries/lithium-ion batteries. The IP2325 integrates power MOS and uses a synchronous switching architecture, requiring only a minimal number of external components during application and effectively reducing the overall solution size and BOM cost. The IP2325 boost switching charger converter operates at a frequency of 500KHz; with a 5V input, it achieves a 93% conversion efficiency with an 8V/1.2A output. The IP2325 has an input overvoltage protection function and can intelligently adjust the charging current to adapt to the adapter load capacity. The IP2325 supports external resistors to adjust the charging voltage. The IP2325 integrates an NTC protection function and works with an NTC resistor. The IP2325 uses an ESOP8 package.
