IP2333
The IP2333 is a highly integrated, high-performance path management linear lithium-ion battery charger supporting a single cell. The IP2333 features three charging processes: trickle charging (TC), constant current (CC), and constant voltage (CV). The trickle charging (TC) stage pre-charges to recover a fully discharged battery; the constant current (CC) mode safely provides a step-down fast charge; and the final constant voltage (CV) charging mode ensures safe reaching of full battery capacity. The IP2333 linear charger is highly configurable, with a configurable charging current up to 500mA and charging voltage accuracy of ±0.5%; if the chip junction temperature reaches the set temperature, it enters the chip junction temperature loop regulation and reduces the charging current as needed to prevent further temperature increase. The IP2333_I2C configures the termination current/CV voltage and input overvoltage protection threshold via I2C. Its integrated high-voltage input protection circuit can withstand input surge voltages up to 23V. The IP2333 features battery temperature monitoring, reverse current blocking, and trickle charging, with input overvoltage, battery overvoltage, thermal protection, and status indication. The IP2333 has path management functionality, outputting VSYS power to the system and dynamically allocating input power to the system and charging, prioritizing system power. When the adapter is absent, the battery powers VSYS. The IP2333 provides a maximum 20mA low-power VDD. The IP2333's ultra-low power VBAT leakage and EOC termination current as low as 1mA are ideal for wearable devices, TWS earphones, Bluetooth speakers, and other portable devices with smaller battery capacities. The IP2333 is available in a DFN8(0303) package.
