IP6515
The IP6515 is a step-down converter with an integrated synchronous switch, supporting dual-port output SOC with DCP (BC1.2, Apple, Samsung) protocol, providing a complete solution for in-vehicle chargers, adapters, smart power strips, and driving recorders. The IP6515 supports dual-port output. Each port individually supports 5V@2.4A output. When both ports are used simultaneously, the total power supports a maximum output of 5V@4.8A. The IP6515 has built-in power MOS, an input voltage range of 8.2V to 32V, and an output voltage of 5V. The dual ports can provide a maximum output current of 4.8A. When the IP6515 dual-port outputs 5V@4.8A, the board-end conversion efficiency is as high as 95.6%. The IP6515 output has CV/CC characteristics. When the output current is less than the set value, it outputs in CV mode with a constant output voltage. When the output current is greater than the set value, it outputs in CC mode, and the output voltage decreases. The IP6515 output voltage has a line compensation function. The output voltage will increase accordingly as the output current increases to compensate for the voltage drop caused by the connection line impedance. The IP6515 has a soft-start function to prevent inrush current during startup from affecting the stability of the input power supply. The IP6515 has multiple protection functions, including input overvoltage and undervoltage protection, and output overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, and short-circuit protection. The IP6515 uses a 5*5mm QFN32 package.
