IP5303/IP5303T
The IP5303/IP5303T is a multi-functional power management SOC that integrates a boost converter, lithium battery charge management, and battery power indication, providing a complete power solution for mobile power supplies. Its high integration and rich features mean that it requires very few external components in applications, effectively reducing the overall size and BOM cost. The IP5303/IP5303T only needs one inductor to achieve buck and boost functions, supporting low-cost inductors and capacitors. The IP5303/IP5303T's synchronous boost system provides a 1.0A output current with a conversion efficiency as high as 91%. When idle, it automatically enters sleep mode, and the quiescent current drops to around 100uA. The IP5303/IP5303T uses switch charging technology, providing a 1.2A battery-side charging current with a charging efficiency as high as 92%; it has built-in IC temperature and input voltage intelligent charging current regulation. The IP5303 supports 1 or 2 LED power indicators. The IP5303/IP5303T uses an ESOP8 package.
