The ETA1036 is a highly efficient synchronous boost converter capable of delivering up to 3W of power. It starts up at an ultralow input voltage as low as 0.85V and also integrates circuitry to disconnect the input and output during events such as shutdown, short circuit, output overcurrent, or output exceeding input.
