The ETA1061 is a highly efficient synchronous boost converter with an ultralow quiescent current as low as 1μA. It can deliver at least 2W of power from a low-voltage source, i.e., 0.4A at 5V output. It also features a true shutdown function that disconnects the input from the output under shutdown and output short-circuit conditions.
