The ETA9698 is an ultra-low-power PMU with two channels: a 40V single-cell Li+ battery linear charger and a 5V boost synchronous converter with true shutdown functionality. The linear charger fully integrates constant current (CC)/constant voltage (CV) control modules and charging FETs, requiring minimal external components. It also features a pre-charge function with trickle charging.
