The SY5702 is an ultra-low-power (IQ: 200nA, ISD: 20nA) load switch with reverse current protection and high switching speed. It operates within a voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V and can handle a continuous current of 2A. The leakage current of the EN pin is only 5nA, thanks to the intelligent pull-down resistor. The SY5702 integrates a 35mΩ (typical) N-channel MOSFET, operating within an input voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V. The switch is controlled by the EN pin and supports 1.2V I/O applications. The EN pin has an internal 1MΩ pull-down resistor to keep the switch off when the voltage on the EN pin is below VIL. To reduce leakage current, the resistor is disconnected when the voltage on the EN pin is above VIH.
The SY5702 integrates output slew rate control to avoid surge current while controlling the short conduction time. The typical on-time of the switch is 100μS.
The SY5702 is available in FOCSP-4 and DFN 1x1-4L packages
