The SY5111 is a highly efficient step-down converter with an ultralow quiescent current of 200nA (typical). This device is typically paired with a 2.2μH inductor and a 10μF output capacitor.
It provides a typical output current of 300mA. The device uses COT technology with a typical switching frequency of 1.2MHz. In power-saving mode, light-load efficiency can
be extended to a 100μA load current, with efficiency reaching 90%. After startup, the device can operate with an input voltage as low as 2.15V, allowing it to be directly powered by a single Li-MnO2 button cell.
