The Y7100 is a high-efficiency, fully integrated wireless charging receiver chip compliant with the WPC Qi V1.24 protocol. The SY7100 supports a maximum output power of 5W. It integrates a low-impedance synchronous rectifier, achieving an efficiency of up to 94%. It integrates an LDO, with an adjustable output voltage.
The SY7100 also includes a digital controller for calculating the power received by the mobile device. The controller transmits this information to the transmitter, enabling foreign object detection (FOD) and enhancing wireless charging safety.
The SY7100 internally contains an 8-bit CPU, 256 Bytes of RAM, and 8k Bytes of erasable ROM. It integrates a multi-channel 12-bit SAR ADC for voltage, current, and NTC detection. It also integrates three timers, a UART, an I2C controller, and a PWM.
The SY7100 uses a QFN28 4*4 package.
