The SY6203 is a versatile, low-power, high-precision NVDC architecture switch charger suitable for portable wearable battery devices such as wireless earphones and smartwatches. The chip integrates a charging module and a boost module, and includes comprehensive protection functions. The SY6203 supports a maximum charging current of 3A and supports battery line loss compensation. The SY6203 can flexibly configure charging parameters via an I2C communication interface, and can adjust the constant voltage charging voltage in 10mV steps and the constant current charging current in 60mA steps. The SY6203 integrates comprehensive battery protection functions, including JEITA charging standard support, charging timeout, and battery overvoltage/overcurrent/undervoltage protection. The SY6203 integrates a 1.2A output capability OTG function, which can provide reverse voltage to power external devices. The chip supports BC1.2 detection and can automatically limit the current based on the 5V USB input type. The SY6203 is packaged in a 4mm*4mm QFN24 and a 2.07mm*2.17mm CSP25 (0.4mm pitch).
