The MP5316 is a single-chip solution IC specifically designed for power banks. It is a highly integrated power bank management chip that incorporates a switching charging management module, an LED power display module, and a synchronous boost discharge management module. The MP5316 can achieve a maximum charging current of 2A and a maximum synchronous boost output current of 2.4A. In addition, the MP5316 integrates discharge path management, power display, and flashlight functions, greatly simplifying the peripheral circuit and the number of components. It provides the simplest and most cost-effective solution for high-capacity lithium battery (lithium-ion or lithium-polymer) power bank applications. The MP5316 uses an ESSOP10 package.
