The SY8825 is a chip specifically designed for Bluetooth earphone charging cases. The chip integrates charging and discharging modules. The charging current is externally adjustable; the discharging module integrates two output current limiting switches, providing independent load presence detection and load insertion detection, while also supporting output current detection. The chip integrates an NTC protection function for safer battery charging and discharging.
The SY8825 features discharge enable control; the MCU can directly control the chip's discharge function via EN. The SY8825 integrates a single-wire status code output, facilitating the reporting of chip status to the MCU. The SY8825 is ideal for Bluetooth earphone charging case designs, greatly simplifying the peripheral circuitry and components, and providing a simple and easy-to-use solution for Bluetooth earphone charging case applications.
The SY8825 uses an ESSOP10 package.
