The SY7638 is a single-chip solution IC designed for small-capacity lithium battery charging/discharging applications. It integrates a switching charging management module with a 0.5A charging current (0.25A/1A versions customizable), a synchronous boost discharge management module with a maximum discharge current of 1.2A, and built-in power MOS. The SY7638 integrates battery power detection, an LED power display module, and a key function module, providing a simple and easy-to-use solution for small-capacity lithium batteries (lithium-ion or lithium-polymer) applications. The SY7638 has customizable parameters, including charging constant current, LED power display, KEY function, and automatic load identification, for customer selection.
