The SY7636 is a single-chip solution IC designed for small-capacity lithium battery charging/discharging applications. It integrates a linear charging management module with a 0.4A charging current and a synchronous boost discharge management module with a maximum discharge current of 0.5A, with built-in power MOS. The SY7636 integrates battery power detection, an LED status indicator module, and a key function module, providing a simple and easy-to-use solution for small-capacity lithium batteries (lithium-ion or lithium-polymer). The SY7636 offers two customized solutions for functions such as the KEY button and the discharge module on/off, allowing customers to choose the most suitable option. The SY7636 comes in an SOP8 package.
